Holden Astra and Vectra ignitions suffer the same problems as the Commodore but unfortunately the genuine replacement parts are a lot more expensive, meaning we normally use aftermarket parts for these cars, unless specifically asked to use genuine.  Although they use a different key profile to the Commodore, the housing design is the same and the solution to the problem is the same.  Replace the ignition barrel. We rekey the ignition to your original key meaning you won’t have a 2 different keys for your car.
